PROPERTY: Mooiberge Estate Launch Boosts Paarl’s Residential Investment Property Status

Recent Western Cape Business News

The 59-house development provides for the currently very high property demand in the area, boosting the steady growth of the town and its surrounds as a hub for high return residential property investment.

Sales at Mooiberge are being undertaken by residential property investment specialists IGrow Wealth on behalf of the developer Maree 3 Trust, that together with its team, has a well-established reputation for quality property development in various capacities and projects in the Western Cape.

Earlier developments include Vrede in Paarl, Montbard in Burgundy Estate, The Ridge in Durbanville, Bella Donna in Parklands, Merwede in Bellville, Moorreesburg Golf Close and River Walk in Kuilsriver.

Construction has already started on the project that represents one of the last opportunities to buy a property in Paarl close to its famous schools, Medi Clinic and shopping precincts.

Mooiberge Estate blends in with both urban and rural elements with its high-end finishes. Two, three and four bedroom houses are available with designer bedroom and kitchen cupboards, granite tops, fitted gas stoves, solar geysers and optic fibre connections.

Bond and transfer fees are included in the prices. Rentals on the houses bought for letting, are projected from R15 500 a month.

IGrow has achieved recent major success in Paarl with 241 apartments having been sold in Bergendal and 126 houses in Bergenzicht Paarl within three months. The region has become a prime growth node attracting high numbers of Gauteng buyers, prompting IGrow to open a new office in Pretoria this month to assist Gaunteng Investors.

As a company that specialises in offering investment residential property, IGrow has presented a total of 66 property developments over the past ten years to its now 43 000 investment clients. Investors in the buy-to-let offerings from IGrow, opt for residential property ownership as an alternative to conventional equity-based retirement or endowment funds, and benefit from the accompanying tax concessions

CEO Jacques Fouché says the company’s objective is to help its clients to create both legacies and retirement funds, and together with associated companies, IGrow provides services that include education in property investment, financing, risk management, accounting, structuring, establishment and administration of trusts, rental management and financial planning.

It also undertakes all the letting and management of the properties and provides the initial stock from chosen developments. Registered estate agents and also in-house bond originators are part of the IGrow team.
